I'm Vibin — a Senior Product Manager with 9+ years at Amazon, where I've worked exclusively at the intersection of quick commerce, supply chain, and logistics technology. I've built products that now move hundreds of millions of orders each year across India, the UAE, KSA, Qatar, and Japan.
My background is unusual for a PM: I started as a mechanical engineer, moved into manufacturing and procurement, and then into operations management before finding my way into product. That trajectory gives me something most product managers don't have — a genuine first-principles understanding of how physical supply chains work, not just the software on top of them.
I've been described as someone who "demonstrates a high level of ownership, frugality and bias for action while delivering results for customers" — which, translated from leadership speak, means I drive things to completion, I don't hide behind process, and I care deeply about whether the thing actually shipped and worked.
Amazon's Leadership Principles aren't just interview talking points for me — they've shaped how I approach product work over nearly a decade. A few that show up most clearly in my actual work:
Vibin is a true people's manager who really knows how to get the best out of his team members. He demonstrates a high level of ownership, frugality and bias for action while delivering results for our customers.
Vibin is an excellent manager. He truly leads by example — always keeping team morale up. His ability to work through a crisis and develop new ways to achieve targets was always inspiring.
Whether it's a role, a collaboration, or just a conversation about quick commerce in the GCC — I'm reachable.
